- Our Engineers will provide you with a firm price wherever possible for carrying out your job before commencement and explain the job to you. We will not carry out any works without your knowledge of both the detals of the work or the cost to you.
- Our Call Centre staff will inform you at the outset of any initial cost implications of an engineer calling at your premises.
- In the event of our engineer being late for an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control we will use our best endeavours to notify you of the situation as soon as it comes known to us
- Our prices will be fair and equitable for the work to be carried out and will include the work that as experts our engineers consider to be both prudent and safe for your premises.
- Our Engineers will not exaggerate the need for works that are not necessary but may make recommendations that are prudent if not essential.
- Our Engineers will present you with an invoice outlining the work carried out and the full costs.
- We will offer you a convenient payment method but unless you are an account customer will require payment in full on completion of the job
- We will always use the best quality parts available to us in all work carried out
- All parts or materials used by our engineers are guaranteed and in the event of a proven failure will be reinstalled by us free of charge
- All our engineers will carry a 1st Action ID card along with a Gas Safe Registration card where it is appropriate.
- Our customer Care Department will be available to respond to any queries that you have and will work to resolve any issues to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
